MakeBox Library is operated by CYFRA LLC (Florida, USA). This page describes exactly what the service stores and who else sees it. Questions: sales@makebox.ai.

What we store

  • Your email address and the account id issued when you sign in.
  • The links you save: URL, title, note, tags, and the order you put them in.
  • Which boards you created and which email addresses you invited to them.
  • Your subscription status, plan and renewal date.

Where it is stored

Saved links live in our own PostgreSQL database on a server we rent in Carlstadt, New Jersey, USA. Every row is scoped to your account by the database itself, so one account cannot read another's rows even if the application asks it to.

Who else is involved

  • Supabase — sign-in only. It verifies your email or Google account and issues the session.
  • Stripe — payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; they never reach our servers.
  • Google — when a saved page has no preview, we request its favicon from Google's public favicon service, and YouTube thumbnails from ytimg.com. These requests include the address of the site you saved.
  • WordPress (s.wordpress.com) — page screenshots used as previews, requested by the address of the page.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we run no analytics or tracking scripts. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Database backups are kept for 14 days and then removed, so deleted content can persist in a backup for up to two weeks.

Your control

The Account page lets you download everything you have saved as a JSON file, and delete your links and boards yourself. To have your account removed entirely, email sales@makebox.ai.
