Cancel whenever you like from the Account page — it opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends: your links wait for you if you come back.
Because a month costs less than a coffee and can be cancelled in two clicks, we do not refund partial months as a rule. We do refund in full when the service was broken and we could not fix it, or when a charge was clearly a mistake — a duplicate subscription, for instance.
Write to sales@makebox.ai with the email on the account. We answer within two business days, and we would rather refund an unhappy customer than argue about $4.99.
